OK, this is a little late but I was just reading what I had said about shreddin’ and figured I should write about how much fun it was building a jump a couple weeks ago behind the Ukee high school. Droppin in off a pile of sawdust with a sweet little hit onto a grass pile. Now I think snowboarding is funner.
Went for a shred the other day on blackcomb. Snowboarding is fun but in all honesty… surfing is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy funner. Sorry shred-heads. Waves are just so much more challenging to ride. To be fair though, I think you get the same feeling from the top of the mountain as you do from being out in the ocean. And maybe I’m just angry at snowboarding because of my years of impact injuries… one day on the mountain still sends me away limping with shin splints and other fun ailments. Is there spell check on this bad boy… how do you spell ailments?
It’s raining today but it’s pretty warm still… so I guess it’s nice out.
